6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can you’re your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.
8. Clients make payment for balance and Freedom Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

1. Are you factory or a trading company? What can you do for me when I have a large purchase list?
We are factory who's authorized by our government to export goods directly. We can quote and purchase all of goods for you if your purchase plan exceeds our production capacity. I mean, we are not able to produce everything. When you have a lot of goods to purchase, we can purchase all of them for you. In this way you will save a lot of time and money.
2. When can I get answers from your company?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. But you will need to pay for the freight of them.
If you need the customized samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more than our requirement. Pls contact with us to confirm the quantity.

5.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team. You only need to tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into the samples. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
6.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-8 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
7.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 7 to12 days.
8.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF,CNF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
