1. Are you factory or a trading company? What can you do for me when I have a big project?

First, we are factory who produce this product by ourselves. Then, we're authorized by our government to export goods directly while many other companies are not.  We can even quote all of goods for you if your purchase plan exceeds our production capacity. I mean, we are not able to produce everything when you have a really large purchase list. However, we can purchase all of them for you to finish this project. In this way you will save a lot of time and get a better profit from this project.

2. When can I get answers from your company?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. Please call us or tell us in your email if it's an urgent inquiry. In this way we will give you a prompt reply.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. But you will need to pay for the freight of them.

If you need the customized samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation if your quantity of the order is more than our requirement.  Pls contact with us to confirm the quantity.

4.What kind of files do you accept for printing?

AI, PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG

5.Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team. You only need to tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into the samples. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

6.How long will the sample be finished?

It's usually 5-8 days after you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

7.What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 7 to12 days.

8.What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF,CNF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
